Hey Dawn! I just wanted to say thank you for helping me with my nutrition!! We had our state meet a few weeks ago, and in my best event (100 backstroke), I dropped 1.5 seconds and placed 6th in the state!! I then qualified for Sectionals, which is a long course meet, and dropped 2.6 seconds from my previous best time in the 100 LCM backstroke! I also dropped in all of my other events and came out with 100% new best times! I am thrilled with how this season turned out and excited to keep working going into our summer season. Thank you!!
